I was looking for a pair of nightstands to coordinate with my mix and match antique and vintage bedroom furniture. The Fortrose has great dark wood, carved bun feet, dentil molding, raised panels, and nice hardware. It's not too big, but has enough room for all the bedside essentials. For the money, it's a great choice! My only issue was that the photo was not great--the website should have better, clearer photos to show how nice the piece is.

I live in an 100,000 people area and went to all the furniture stores I could think of and couldn’t find affordable and nice nightstands. The ones I somewhat liked were ~$400 apiece. There was also not a good assortment. Some stores had only one piece in stock and the delivery time for a second one was usually stated as four to eight weeks.
So, I decided to buy online. I just got these two nightstands. They look very nice -- just like in the picture, the workmanship is very good, and they arrived very fast -- in four days. They're based on particle boards as essentially most ones would be for this price. They were extremely well packaged. However, I'm disappointed with the color. They are darker than expected (only unpacked one so far) and they’re red-ish dark instead of the golden/yellow dark as in the picture. I may send them back since I don't have any such color previous in my home. Apart from the color, I’d certainly buy these again and if I send them back, I'll replace them with something from this same website.
